Full Sociocracy trainings don't come along very often, so we are delighted to tell you about this event, taught by Nathaniel (Nate) Whitestone of Genius Engine.

Why Sociocracy?
Sociocracy is a proven way of running (and re-designing) organisations, with forty years of accumulated practical knowledge and a clear, simple, whole-system design. Sociocracy provides a reliable way to increase productivity, safety, happiness, and engagement in organisations of any size.
During this workshop Nate will facilitate two days of experiential learning, play, and hands-on consulting sessions for the real organisations of the people who attend. You will leave with all the basics you need in order to apply Sociocracy to create a healthy, effective, and long-lasting organisation.
