Elegance. Less is more.

The elegance of sociocratic leadership means less work, more results; less supervision and more creativity.

Do you have plenty of time?  Sociocratic leaders do.

A two-day course on sociocratic leadership and leading the transition to sociocracy in traditional organisations.

John Buck and the lead instructors of DecisionLab (Nathaniel Whitestone and Martin Grimshaw) will be teaching a two day workshop on elegant systems design and on leading the growth and transformation of sociocratic organisations -- particularly in turbulent times.

This workshop is for leaders -- anyone who leads a team or organisation, or advises someone who does.  We will cover various subjects during the weekend, using a range of challenging yet playful experiential exercises as well as lecture and Q&A sessions.
