High speed, low risk: make great team decisions using Sociocracy

This 2 1/2-hour course will cover the four principles of sociocracy and an experiential introduction to making decisions as a sociocratic team. Participants can expect to leave with an understanding of the key steps in the decision-making process, experience using the test for consent that allows teams to make rapid low-risk decisions, and an understanding of how this process fits into sociocratic learning organisations.
