Putting Sociocracy into practice: learn to work in a circle

In this series of four teleclasses you will learn how to work with the sociocratic method in a team, at work or at home.

You will learn:
1. to use the sociocratic meeting format effectively
2. to prepare sociocratic meetings and keep track of the outcome
3. to distinguish policy from execution
4. to facilitate consent decision making, especially in tense situations
5. to set a common goal that inspires all team members (and your clients)
6. to create an agile workflow for the team that incorporates the circle process of leading, doing and measuring
7. to use the sociocratic election as a means to distribute functions and tasks

You will learn to deploy your knowledge also implicitly when explicit use of Sociocracy is not possible. Helping you boost your team’s spirit, its level of cooperation and its capacity to deal with difficult situations.
