How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I run a supermarket in North London and am writing a book called 'How to put the Heart back into Business'. We are running a programme called the Heart Programme where we are going deeper into what a caring organisation looks like and building stronger connections and a greater sense of belonging amongst our team members. We have been using some of the sociocracy principles as part of this - so far with great results.
