How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Applying it in my business
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I am an organisational design, leadership development and people expert. Over the last three years, I have been exploring alternative models for organising and engaging teams in change. My route into sociocracy is through learning about Holacracy, but looking for a more flexible model of experimentation and implementation.
