How are you using sociocratic principles?
I am a sociocratic practitioner, Actively engaging in and supporting the sociocratic networks
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I started collecting info and courses about sociocracy and holacracy in 2010, attended courses at Ängsbacka/Sweden with Diana Leafe Christian and James Priest and taught workshops and courses myself in Denmark and Portugal. I also took the Holacracy practitioner course and the related certification. I have studied interaction between individuals' inner conflicts and the conflicts in collectives for example in social psychiatric context. I am hoping to write two books, one about inclusive organisations and one about community building for ecovillages.
