How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Applying it in my community group
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I bought the book and was intrigued when an organisation I was a student with had an experiment of using Sociocracy. Now I'm commencing very small with an educational campaign that I intend to be a very large organisation so the consent and double-link circles between them will open up an effective, agile and scalable method along with an emphasis on measurable outcomes and allocation of tasks I belive has the potential to allow the growth we're aiming for and to keep its organisation manageable.
