I'm just learning about it, I'm actively engaging in and supporting the Sociocracy networks

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself

I'm writing a MSc-thesis of information Science at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam on the role Information Technology in Sociocratic Organisations. For this, I'm modelling processes and structures of the sociocratic organisation using formal modelling techniques such as UML and ORM. With the results, I hope to decrease some of the practical obstacles that may occur with the application of sociocratic principles in organisations.
