Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I am a member of The Sociocracy Consulting Group (USA). I am member of the Pioneer Valley Cohousing Community that in October 2014, following an evaluation of an 18 month experiment, approved continuing to use sociocracy. I am interested in sociocracy as an organizing principle more friendly to life than autocracy/majority rule/traditional consensus/communism, socialism and capitalism as traditionally practiced.
