Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
Learned about it back in the 80's. Did a masters thesis that demonstrated statistically that workers in Dutch sociocratic organizations have higher organizational commitment than the usual Dutch worker. Got my certification as a consultant around 2002.
