How are you using sociocratic principles?

I'm just learning about it, I am a sociocratic practitioner, Actively engaging in and supporting the sociocratic networks

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself

I am doing a master's programme in Applied Cultural Analysis (about Ethnography) at the University of Copenhagen. I moved to London in January to work as research analyst in a market research company. After almost 6 months of experience, I am fully sure that giant corporations are not my thing and that my skills, passion and motivation are around enabling sustainable communities. In September,I will start writing my final master thesis on "Decision Making processes by consensus and consent in intentional communities". I would like to develop myself in the field of group facilitation in collective decision making processes and nonviolent communication
