How are you using sociocratic principles?

I'm just learning about it

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself

I am involved in Permaculture and Transition Town projects. We have run workshops and explored Consensus Decision-Making but many folk find it too much of a leap from their work/business experience and quickly return to 'default settings' and comfort zones. A friend has experienced Sociocracy with a group of people setting up a Co-housing Community and I have been inspired to start the learning journey myself with the objective of introducing it to the projects I am involved with.
