Instrumental with 4 partners in the formation of DecisionLab and Director of parent company Sociocratic Ecological & Economic Development Ltd, the first sociocratic company in the UK & probably the 1st sociocratic cooperative in the world. However, although we are structured according to sociocratic principles and we use them in the way we make decisions and organise work etc we are learning as we go. Doing before theorising!
