How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Applying it in my community group
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
We've been using Dynamic Self Governance in somewhat limited fashion on the Council of the New Findhorn Association. I liked what I experienced so I did an introductory training here with John Buck and just find it magic...empowering, participatory and efficient! And one can't go to sleep in a meeting and let everyone else do the work. I look forward to learning more about it's broader applications.

Really glad to meet you and thanks for your clear explanations. It seems that the programme you arranged with John was beneficial, glad you have fully recovered from your illness.
