How are you using sociocratic principles?

I'm just learning about it

Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself

I was brought up Quaker. The principles behind Sociocracy look fairly close to Quaker business methods - much closer than the usual 'democratic' principles. I also learnt something about Dynamic Self Governance when I visited Findhorn 2 years ago. I hope to find out more when I visit again at the end of June. I left a job in a large organisation and I hope that I can find work with an organisation sympathetic to sociocratic principles. I am very interested in the possible link between sociocratic principles and open source software development in particular
