How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Applying it in my business

I am the Principal of an residential adult education college in Birmingham. England. I heard John Buck speak about sociocracy at a conference I attended and am interesting in finding out how I can apply it within my College.

Hi Mel, welcome to the group (which I have to admit is not very active at the moment). Hopefully you can find a few things of interest here.
