Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself

I was trained a number of years ao by John Buck and embarked on the journey to becoming accredited, which due to personal circumstances (deciding to home school with our daughter) became too difficult to pursue at the time. I am in private practice as a social services supervisor and consultant and draw on Sociocracy all the time. Furthermore, i am dutch and proud of the origins of sociocracy in the Netherlands:)
