I'm just learning about it, Using it in my governmental organisation, Applying it in my business

I did a PhD in Systems thinking and Organizational Cybernetics at the University of Hull. By studying self-organization I found Socicracy. Now I work as lecturer/reseacher at the Leeds Beckett University
