How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Using it in my personal or family life

I have been researching participatory governance for some time and now am organizing the first sociocracy workshops in Brazil with two trainers from the Sociocracy Consulting group. I hope to become a trainer myself and help implement the systems in organisations in Brazil.
