How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, Applying it in my community group
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
Heard about it a couple of years ago through nathanial Whitestone (IIRC) then read bits of 'we the people' from another contact around management and governance, then heard about Holacracy from an Integral contact at Occupy training space in city of london. Recently wanted a format that had elements of systems thinking, many perspectives, rounds, reflections, feedback etc, but was ready now, not to design. I investigated Quakers after a contact said it was the only mechanism which stopped autopoesis in organisations (where power gets contained and protected in people). Began a new element of organisation in an existing, sort of organisation which had little proper policy or governance or performance and picked up 'we the poeple' again. Got nominated for 'organisational learning collaborator' and sociocracy was used in that process of role definition. Just wanting to explore more and find resources..... Bit difficult just reading the book.

Good day,
I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and demand it necessary to write you immediately.
I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.
Could you please get back to me o(mrs.bb.abiolabwuah00@gmail.com) for the full details.
Have a nice day.
Mrs.Abiola Bawuah.
