How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it, I am a sociocratic practitioner, Using it in my personal or family life, Actively engaging in and supporting the sociocratic networks, Applying it in my business
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I work as a consultant/trainer/coach with lean/continuous improvement. My interest has been for a long time about creating flow and removing anything with impedes it. I have taken training on S3 with Ruth Andrade and on Sociocracy with SofA. At the moment I act as the chair of Sociocracy for All´s Top Circle.
