How are you using sociocratic principles?
I'm just learning about it
Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself
I came across it when I was involved in a co-housing community project three years ago. But I never followed it up. Through my friend I have become very interested as I am helping to start a retreat community in Italy.
