Please write a brief description of your experience of sociocracy and a bit about yourself

Discovered it in Findhorn & realised that it was the solution I had been looking for to the conundrum between unpleasant autoracy, misguided democracy & the well meaning anarchy of consensus. I'm still learning about it & want to help develop sociocracy in the UK, especially Scotland.
